affordable transcription service provider, announces the addition of Hilary Mathis
for its newly created position of Typist Manager.

Ms. Mathis carries the newly created managerial position and reports to Joyce
Warran, our current Transcription Supervisor/Business Development Manager.

Hilary will be responsible for overseeing our entire typist pool, which is growing
more each day. This will include communicating with typists, QA for accuracy,
timely delivery of our all projects and a host of other responsibilities. This will
ensure the accuracy of all work going to our clients.

Ms. Warran’s focus will now be on our client base and nudging its continual growth.

Hilary is a transcription services veteran with several years of experience and was,
prior to her promotion, our best typist.

About Hilary:

• Graduated from Illinois College, Cum Laude, with a degree in English Literature.
• Worked as an English tutor for four (4) years.
• Several years of hands-on transcription experience with various companies.
• Did both transcription and QA for GMR Transcription for a year and a half.
• Excellent communication, grammar and QA skills.
